• ·Account information: name, email address, and username when you register.
• ·Profile information: Venmo handle, Cash App tag, and avatar photo if you choose to provide them.
• ·Game data: buy-in amounts, cash-out amounts, and settlement records you log within hubs.
• ·Location data: approximate city and coordinates, only if you grant permission, used to filter the community feed.
• ·Usage data: pages visited, features used, and browser/device information for analytics and debugging.

• ·To operate the StackSync service — tracking games, calculating settlements, and managing hub membership.
• ·To send transactional emails such as hub invitations, friend requests, announcements, and settlement confirmations.
• ·To display your profile information to other members of hubs you belong to.
• ·To improve the product through aggregate, anonymized usage analytics.

• ·We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• ·Your name and handle are visible to other StackSync users you connect with or share a hub with.
• ·Your Venmo and Cash App handles are visible to members of hubs you join, to facilitate settlements.
• ·We use Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service.

• ·StackSync does not process, handle, or store any payment information.
• ·Settlements are calculated by StackSync but paid directly between players via Venmo, Cash App, or any method players choose.
• ·StackSync generates deep links to third-party payment apps as a convenience only. We have no visibility into whether payments are actually made.

• ·Your account and associated data are retained for as long as your account is active.
• ·You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.
• ·Hub data (games, settlements, chat) is retained until the hub creator deletes the hub.

• ·All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
• ·Authentication is handled by Supabase, which uses industry-standard security practices.
• ·No security system is perfect. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

• ·StackSync is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
• ·If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

• ·We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
• ·Continued use of StackSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
