• ·By creating an account or using StackSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
• ·You must be at least 18 years old to use StackSync.
• ·We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• ·StackSync is a web application for tracking private poker game sessions, calculating settlements, and coordinating payments between players.
• ·StackSync does not process, facilitate, or guarantee any payments. All financial transactions occur directly between users via third-party services (Venmo, Cash App, etc.).
• ·StackSync is not a gambling platform. We do not organize, host, or promote gambling activities.

• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• ·You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ·You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• ·You may not create more than one account per person.

• ·You agree not to use StackSync for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• ·You agree not to use StackSync to facilitate illegal gambling in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.
• ·You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• ·You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• ·You agree not to upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the service's operation.
• ·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• ·You retain ownership of content you post to StackSync (game data, chat messages, announcements).
• ·By posting content, you grant StackSync a limited license to store and display that content to appropriate users.
• ·You are responsible for the accuracy of game data you log. StackSync is not liable for disputes arising from incorrect data.
• ·Hub creators are responsible for managing their hub's membership and content.

• ·StackSync calculates suggested settlement amounts based on game data entered by users. These calculations are provided as a convenience only.
• ·StackSync makes no guarantee that settlement calculations are accurate or complete.
• ·All payments are made directly between users. StackSync is not a party to any financial transaction.
• ·StackSync is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from settlements or payments between users.

• ·StackSync is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• ·We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• ·We are not responsible for any loss of data, including game records or settlement history.

• ·To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• ·Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

• ·You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• ·We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
• ·Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

• ·These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
